Each collection featured six primary shoe silhouettes from the classic Cortez running shoe (first designed in 1972!) to the Benassi, Nike’s summer staple slide. The lightweight Roshe One, minimalist Air Max Thea, enthusiast-favorite Air Max 90, and the suede-and-perforated leather Internationalist rounded out the selection. For each style, the sneakers’ uppers were treated with a custom National Forest–designed art pattern laced with psychedelic visuals, cartoon characters, and California palm trees, infused with all the good times vibes a shoe can handle.
The same wacky pattern took leggings next level, and a similarly mind-bending print took the shorts by storm. We had all kinds of giving “Just Do It” and “Nike” the signature National Forest treatment with artwork for T-shirts and tanks; we also created a few cool characters to really nail the Nike + National Forest vibe.
